MONEY MONEY MONEY!!!! That is the root of all EVIL and the reason why OUR children are being SNATCHED by CPS!!!   

"The reality is that states and counties receive $30,000 for each child removed from the home and put into the system. Those funds go up to between $40,000 and $150,000 if the child has special needs. If you think that kind of money doesn't breed corruption, think again. In March 2003 the city of San Francisco had 75,000 children in their system. 75,000 children at $30,000 each (that is assuming none of them were handicapped) is $2,250,000,000! My daughter has been in foster care with this foster care woman in East Orange, NJ - a Jamaican lady named Valerie... since November 2007 and I have taped conversations with her where she has called me bitches and whores, where she flat out told me that she tells my daughter she should not want to be with her MOTHER on a daily basis (COERCION).  She has cursed me out beyond belief... I will put the links of the conversations on the web soon...

This is why children are still in foster care.  They pounce and pounce on our children's brain until it caves in to what they want which is a BIGGER cash payment... she only gets a CHECK for my daughter and acts as if she is HER mother... They make your children AFRAID of their own family!!!

My daughter for the last year and a half (since she has been in DYFS) has been crying to come home and now after four months with this PSYCHO she wants to be adopted!!!!  This is coercion at its best!!! This is what Maplewood DYFS is known for... remember the Michaels case (see below) If your children are in foster care... do NOT allow these types of things to happen... My daughter has been told I am the reason she is still in foster care... I am the reason she was bounced from placement to placement... I am the reason she will not come home because I chose a MAN over her!!!  This is what her caseworker, Nevada Patterson, Maplewood DYFS has told her!!!  She has told my daughter she will be ADOPTED eventhough my rights have NOT been terminated and her biological father's rights have NOT been terminated (he is not even apart of any case).  DYFS case plan is ADOPTION yet the courts told me that she will be REUNITED with me SOON... This caseworker has LIED on tape to me and my family and I will provide the conversations on the web soon...

In the Margaret Kelly Michael's case, the DYFS investigators from the Maplewood Office COERCED, MANIPULATED and TAINTED reports from children and manipulated reports by so-called independent professionals to DESTROY a teacher's life and put her in JAIL!!!

By the end of their ILLEGAL investigation,  after one allegation of sexual abuse... this teacher was CHARGED and CONVICTED of 115 COUNTS of SEXUAL ABUSE and MOLESTATION!!! 

She was in jail for YEARS before the truth of HOW DYFS, Prosecutors and the Police ILLEGALLY and MALICIOUSLY INVESTIGATED this matter... She is FREE NOW!!! 

The SAME agency at the SAME office is maliciously prosecute me and my family by manipulating and coercing my daughter to continue to LIE!!! They do not CARE about the TRUTH!!!

In this day and age, one would think that the good people would not be subject to violations of their God-given rights and constitutional rights…

WE are wrong!!!  

As we set up this website, we tell our story in tears because we are currently defending ourselves against a witch-hunt to tear our family apart. 

Our daughter was kidnapped by NJ DYFS on November 13, 2006 and they refused to give her back. 

*UPDATE - we will file our $10,000,000 (TEN MILLION) dollar lawsuit for the ILLEGAL REMOVAL and CONTINUED MALICIOUS PROSECUTION and the CONTINUED CONSPIRACY AGAINST OUR FAMILY!!!

Since she was STOLEN, we have fought the courts month after month until finally the judge said to me on July 12, 2007 that,

“DYFS does not have enough evidence to substantiate their claim”.  Your child will be returned to you…

then DYFS, being pissed off because their whole system is screwed up, said I need psychological assessments BEFORE my daughter can be taken out of Foster Care… ARE YOU KIDDING!!!  The judge just stated our daughter could come home to ME… but the agency whose mission is to “reunite families” has done everything in its abusive powers to keep us apart.

She is SUING for $25,000,000 for 1500 days of ONGOING SEPERATION ILLEGALLY UNDER OUR UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION AND Has media ABOUT to run with her TRAGEDY and her two girls in union county, NJ...

UPDATE 11/07 - DYFS with their lies and coercive tactics, appealed the courts ruling and of course lied to the Appelate judges to take my daughter back... as of today - they TOOK my daughter without even speaking with her, her tears... I still feel her tears as I wiped them from her face as the caseworker came for her...  Her cries I will see forever...  

The DAG lied to the judge and said I violated the court order by moving and guess what.. there is not a JUDGE in NJ that is NOT afraid of the BIG BAD WOLF!!!  With their lies, they obtained a WARRANT and took my child... They wanted all three of my kids, but I guess the judges figured that was a little too dangerous for them... But nonetheless, the liars, backstabbers, and devious STATE WORKERS will do anything include fly all the way to Georgia to stake their claim on my daughter... I would think they had something better to do like stop the DYFS children from using drugs in foster care or stopping foster care workers and case workers from RAPING the children or PREVENTING more child DEATHS in their care and custody... But I will continue to fight... they will not win... this is FAR from over.... stay tuned!!!
